Resilient movement is a functional movement program to help prevent injury and help your body stay resilient throughout your life.  Stephanie uses her experience in injury evaluation, therapeutic rehabilitation, injury prevention, corrective exercise combined congruently with Structural Integration to make a significant difference in helping people be more functional with their movement.  Stephanie’s goal is to show people how to live pain free in their body and get back to the activities they love.
